How to Get Here from Didcot

It’s a straightforward drive. Head north on the A4130 towards Abingdon and you’ll be at my door in around 15 minutes. Clients from Harwell, Blewbury, Cholsey, and East Hagbourne all make the trip regularly. There’s free parking right outside, so no faffing about looking for a space.

I know Didcot doesn’t have loads of reflexology options locally. That short hop up the A4130 opens up a full range of treatments you might not find closer to home.

I’ve built up a range of treatments over the years. Some clients come for one thing and end up trying others — that’s completely normal. Here’s what’s available:

• Foot Reflexology — 60 min, £55 (or £50 if you book a course). This is the one most people start with. Great for stress, sleep problems, and general tension.
• Facial Reflexology — 60 min, £55/£50. Really effective for headaches, sinus issues, and anxiety. People are often surprised how calming it is.
• Maternity Reflexology — 60 min, £55/£50. I hold an advanced maternity qualification, so I can support you through all stages of pregnancy.
• Hot Stone Reflexology — 60 min, £55/£50. Heated basalt stones combined with reflexology. Fantastic for anyone who holds tension in their body.
• Complete Reflexology — 90 min, £85/£80. The full works: feet and facial reflexology combined into one session. My most thorough treatment.
• Fire Cupping — 30 min add-on, £30. Helps with circulation and muscle tension. Pairs well with any reflexology session.
• Breathwork — available as part of your session to help calm your nervous system.

What Brings Didcot Clients to ZEST?

Honestly, it varies. Some people come because they’re dealing with anxiety or sleep problems. Others want pregnancy support or help managing the physical side of a demanding job. A few come purely because they want an hour to properly switch off. All of those are good reasons.

I’m a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and I’m fully qualified and insured. I don’t rush sessions, and I don’t do a one-size-fits-all approach. Each treatment gets adapted to what’s going on with you that day.

Appointments & Availability

I see clients Monday to Saturday. Evening slots are available too, which works well if you’re commuting into Didcot for work. You can also explore hand reflexology as another option if foot treatments aren’t your thing.
