Driving from Faringdon to North Abingdon

Head east on the A420, then turn onto the A415 towards Abingdon. The road is mostly single carriageway but it moves steadily. Around 25 minutes in normal traffic. Clients from Stanford in the Vale, Buckland, and Littleworth take the same route and find it easy enough. Parking’s free right outside the door.

I know 25 minutes feels like a bit of a commitment. But once you’re here, you get a proper therapeutic experience in a dedicated treatment room — not something bolted onto the side of a hairdresser’s.

The short answer: a lot. Stress and tension are the most common reasons people book, but I also work with clients on sleep problems and anxiety, pregnancy support, hormonal shifts, digestive complaints, chronic pain, and general fatigue. Reflexology addresses the body as a connected system, not just isolated symptoms.

I’m not going to promise miracles. What I will promise is a thorough, personalised treatment from someone who knows what they’re doing. I’m a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), fully qualified and insured, with an advanced maternity reflexology qualification on top.

Treatments & Prices

• Foot Reflexology — 60 min, £55 (£50 course rate). Reflex points on the feet mapped to organs and systems throughout the body. The treatment most of my clients start with.
• Facial Reflexology — 60 min, £55/£50. Precise work on facial reflex points. Surprisingly powerful for headaches, jaw clenching, and nervous system regulation.
• Maternity Reflexology — 60 min, £55/£50. Safe, specialist support throughout pregnancy. I’ve done the advanced training and I work with women from conception through to the postnatal period.
• Hot Stone Reflexology — 60 min, £55/£50. Heated stones layered into the reflexology session. Helps release deep-held tension that hands alone can’t always reach.
• Complete Reflexology — 90 min, £85/£80. The full package: feet and face in one extended session. This is the one clients book when they want to properly reset.
• Fire Cupping — 30 min, £30. Stimulates blood flow and loosens tight muscles. Works well alongside any reflexology treatment.
• Breathwork — integrated into sessions at no extra cost. Helps regulate your breathing and calm the nervous system before deeper work begins.

Not Just Feet

If foot reflexology doesn’t appeal to you, that’s fine. Facial reflexology is a strong alternative, and I also offer hand reflexology for clients who prefer a different approach. There’s no pressure to pick the most popular option — the right treatment is the one that suits you.

Pamper Parties in the Faringdon Area

Got a group of three or more friends? I do mobile pamper parties across the Faringdon and Vale area. I’ll bring the treatment table, oils, stones — everything. You just need a quiet room and people who fancy being looked after for an evening. Hen parties, milestone birthdays, baby showers, or no particular reason at all.
