The Drive from Bicester

Bicester to North Abingdon is about 35 km. The quickest route takes the A41 south to the M40, then the A34 towards Abingdon — roughly 35 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. If you’re coming from Ambrosden, Launton, or Wendlebury, the journey is similar. There’s free parking right outside my practice, so no messing about with meters or pay-and-display.

• Maternity Reflexology — 60 min, tailored pregnancy support from someone with an advanced maternity qualification (£55/£50)
• Hot Stone Reflexology — 60 min, warm basalt stones combined with reflexology for a deeply relaxing session (£55/£50)
• Complete Reflexology — 90 min, foot and facial reflexology together for a full rebalancing experience (£85/£80)
• Fire Cupping — 30 min, helps with muscle tension and circulation (£30)
• Breathwork — guided sessions for stress management and relaxation

About Me & My Qualifications

I’m a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and registered with the CNHC. That means I’m properly insured, I follow a strict code of practice, and I keep my professional development current. I also hold a specialist qualification in maternity reflexology, which matters if you’re expecting and want to know your therapist actually understands the specific needs of pregnancy.

The thing I hear most from new clients is that they weren’t sure what to expect. That’s completely normal. I always start with a proper consultation so I understand your health history and what you’re hoping to get from the session. No surprises, no hard sell.

Group Bookings & Pamper Parties

I do mobile pamper parties for groups of 3 or more. I’ll travel to Bicester and bring everything needed for a relaxing afternoon or evening — baby showers, birthday treats, or just because. Get in touch for details and availability.
