Reflexology in Henley-on-Thames
I’m Marta, and I run ZEST Therapeutic Reflexology from my practice in North Abingdon. If you’re in Henley-on-Thames and struggling to find a qualified reflexologist locally, the drive to me is about 35 minutes along the A4130. A number of my regular clients make that journey, and they’ve told me it feels like a proper escape from the busy week.

Getting Here from Henley-on-Thames
It’s about 30 km from Henley to North Abingdon. Take the A4130 northwest through Nettlebed and Wallingford, then continue towards Abingdon. The whole drive is around 35 minutes on a normal day. Coming from Nettlebed, Sonning Common, or Watlington? You’re looking at roughly the same travel time. There’s free parking at the practice, so you can arrive relaxed rather than flustered.
What I Can Help With
I offer several types of reflexology, and I’ll always recommend what I think will work best for you — not just what’s most popular. Here’s the full range:
- Foot Reflexology — 60 min, the foundation of what I do. Working specific reflex points on the feet to promote balance and wellbeing. £55 (£50 returning clients)
- Facial Reflexology — 60 min, uses pressure points on the face and scalp. Really effective for chronic headaches, anxiety, and sleep trouble. £55/£50
- Maternity Reflexology — 60 min, designed specifically for pregnancy. I hold an advanced maternity reflexology qualification, so I understand the particular needs at each trimester. £55/£50
- Hot Stone Reflexology — 60 min, combining smooth heated stones with reflexology techniques. A favourite with clients who carry a lot of tension. £55/£50
- Complete Reflexology — 90 min, my most in-depth treatment. Foot and facial reflexology together, giving the body a thorough reset. £85/£80
- Fire Cupping — 30 min, great as a standalone or add-on for circulation and tight muscles. £30
- Breathwork — guided breathing to calm the nervous system and reduce stress
If you’re not sure where to start, this blog post explains the different types in plain language.
Why Travel from Henley?
I know 35 minutes might sound like a commitment. But several of my Henley clients have said the same thing: once you’ve had a session where someone really takes their time with you, the drive becomes part of the ritual. No distractions, no rush. Just you and an hour of genuine therapeutic care.
I’m a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and registered with the CNHC. I’m fully insured, I follow a professional code of practice, and I continue developing my skills through ongoing training. If you’re pregnant, my advanced maternity reflexology training means you can feel confident in my care.
Pamper Parties & Group Sessions
I travel to Henley-on-Thames and the surrounding area for pamper parties. If you’ve got a group of 3 or more, I’ll bring the treatment to your home. It works brilliantly for baby showers, birthday celebrations, or simply treating yourselves on a weekend.
A Holistic Approach
Reflexology is at the heart of what I do, but I see it as part of a wider picture. My holistic therapy approach means I look at your whole wellbeing, not just the symptoms that brought you through the door. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday — including some evening slots.
